The nose is layered with wild lavender, eucalyptus, ashen rock and exotic spice, opening onto a palate of ripe Marasca cherry, blackcurrant, peach pit and liquorice. A fine thread of volcanic minerality runs through the wine, closing with a signature bitter-orange twist.
