Collection: The Macallan

Tasting Notes: Ray Daniel

Nose: Classic Macallan meets a sherry showstopper - think rich honey, raisins, and just a touch of spice, with the oak and citrus adding depth.

Palate: This one’s got the lush, velvety mouthfeel you expect from Macallan but cranks up the sherry influence. Sweet, juicy fruits and raisins come forward, like they’re aiming for “sherry bomb” territory. There’s still that backbone of vanilla and oak, giving it balance, but the sherry notes steal the show in the best way.

Finish: Sweet, balanced, and satisfyingly warming. Moreish.

Overall, it’s Macallan amped up, with rich fruitiness that highlights “A Night on Earth in Jerez”.
