Meet Asher
Malvern will be led by store manager Asher.
Asher's journey with food and wine began at fourteen, helping his mother run a commercial kitchen out of the family home. Always thinking about what goes best with what, and what makes a memory worth keeping, he went on to work in some of Melbourne's most renowned kitchens and wine rooms. Pairing wine with people, food and setting has been a long-held passion, and he's guided many a long lunch along the way.
His spirits knowledge runs just as deep. Asher has held whisky masterclasses at Boilermaker House, one of Melbourne's great whisky rooms, and he's always on the lookout for the next great bottle.
Good wine, good whisky, good times. That's what Asher's here for.
