The 2022 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Champeaux 1er Cru is an exotic, ethereal wine. The aromatics are lovely, especially in the way they add to the wine’s understatement and class. Crushed flowers, spice, dried herbs, menthol and dark red cherry all open nicely.
