The Mainbey lieu-dit is located in Hautes Côtes de Beaune above Nuits-Saint-Georges and is the Domaine’s biggest lieu-dit. It’s divided into three parcels of Chardonnay and one of Aligoté. The high altitude (470 meters), old vines (40 years old) and stony soils combine to create a compact and coiled Chardonnay with complex aromatics and beautiful texture. Domaine.
