Agrapart Grand Cru Terroirs Blanc de Blancs 750ml

Disgorged March 2025. Agrapart’s scintillating Terroirs is 100% Grand Cru, with the fruit sourced from great sites across four revered villages in the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Oger and Oiry. The vine age is also a key quality factor, with the vines averaging over 50 year’s age. This release is based on three outstanding vintages: 2021, 2020 and 2019. The reserve wine (the earlier vintage) makes up a remarkable 70% of the cuvée—another telling factor in its quality. After natural fermentation, half the wine matured in large-format, neutral oak and spent over 36 months on lees. Dosage was limited to 3 g/L, and disgorgement was done by hand. This is another flat-out stunning wine. Punctuating the more powerful years, the cool 2021 vintage has provided a palate of lightness, bringing tension and a clap of chalky lightning to the current release.

“The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Terroirs is an excellent introduction to the estate’s Chardonnays. Heavily based on Oger (around 40% of the blend), with the remainder coming from Oiry, Cramant and Avize, it’s already expressive, offering aromas of honeysuckle, nectarine, bread and fresh hazelnut. Medium to full-bodied with bright acidity and complemented by a pillowy mousse, it concludes with a long, sapid finish.”
