From Champagne Laurent-Perrier, the celebrated Champagne house in Tours-sur-Marne, established in 1812. Under the long-time leadership of Bernard de Nonancourt and now his daughters, the house built its reputation on a style defined by freshness, elegance and finesse, and on its prestige cuvée Grand Siècle. Among other innovations, Laurent-Perrier was a pioneer of stainless steel fermentation in the region, of the modern non-dosage style, and of non-vintage rosé Champagne.
Héritage is Laurent-Perrier's first Brut Champagne made entirely from reserve wines and is positioned as the second wine of the prestigious Grand Siècle. It draws on a complex blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from several vintages and selected Crus, all chosen for their freshness, elegance and complexity. Pale gold in colour with a fine, persistent mousse, the wine shows lemon, white peach and fruits in syrup with toasted bread and almond notes, framed by a low dosage that preserves its purity and energy.
Aged in stainless steel, with no oak, in keeping with the house's classic approach to preserving freshness and clarity.
