Heritiers Comte Lafon Pouilly-Fuisse 2023 750ml is a beautifully fresh and finely structured white Burgundy that reflects the purity and finesse of Chardonnay grown in the cooler, limestone-rich hills of southern Burgundy. Winemaking at Les Héritiers du Comte Lafon is rooted in traditional Burgundian practices, with fermentation carried out using indigenous yeasts in a mix of large neutral oak foudres and stainless steel.
