The Toolangi F Block Chardonnay offers a vibrant nose of jasmine, barley, struck flint and river pebbles. The oak is subtle but gives a gentle seasoning in a white nuts sense to the grapefruit and white peach fruits here. The palate is juicy and fills the mouth with white peach, nectarine and a little cream. The texture here is a by way of a chalky phenolic which supports the crystalline acidity and flows with maximum refreshment.
