Tasting Notes: Proud Mary cold brew and golden syrup was added to this Strong Ale after months resting in Westward Whiskey barrels, layering roasty espresso, chocolate, delicate blackberry subtleties and sticky caramelised character, over the ingrained oak and vanilla notes.

Visual: Golden brown in colour, off white head with good retention, low haze. 

Aroma: Biscuit, dried fruit with toffee and caramel notes, whiskey oak and vanilla. 

Mouthfeel: Smooth and well balanced finish with moderate carbonation
