The spirit is crafted from 100% Maguey (Espadin) agave and undergoes a meticulous double distillation process in alembic stills. Subsequently, the addition of chicken and coffee beans enhances the spirit, which is then rested for a duration of two weeks before its third and final distillation.

Upon tasting, one can detect an earthy and bitter aroma of coffee, followed by pronounced notes of bitter cocoa, coffee, and a hint of vegetal flavors. The experience concludes with a pleasantly smooth combination of coffee and agave sweetness.
