The 18th edition of Parker’s Heritage is a rare American malt whiskey that shows just how far the series will push tradition. Aged 14 years on the upper floors of Rickhouses O and Q, it was then transferred into reconstructed Cognac barrels lined with new, heavily toasted staves for a final four months of finishing. Bottled at 107 proof without chill filtration, it’s as honest as it is distinctive.
