Miles Mossop Chapter Three Chenin Blanc 2021 750ml

This is a 100% Chenin blanc from a single 35-year-old bush vine vineyard in the Stellenbosch growing on slate soils.

This wine has a vibrant straw colour. The nose of this wine has beautiful perfumed notes of lemon blossom, white peach and lemon zest aromas emanate from the glass. The wine enters the palate with zesty grapefruit, white peach, lemon and quince flavours. This all leads to a textured mid-palate with flavours of peach, toasted almonds and creamy notes. Finishing with power and pithy notes, leading to a dry finish.

Food Pairing: This wine is a perfect accompaniment to grilled fish and chicken dishes.
