Domaine Jean-Louis Chavy is a long-established family estate in the celebrated white wine village of Puligny-Montrachet, in Burgundy's Cote de Beaune. Les Folatieres is among the finest premier cru sites in the commune and is regarded as one of the estate's flagship cuvees.
Crafted from Chardonnay, it is elegant and complex, offering aromas of ripe and fresh orchard fruit, citrus and white blossom alongside subtle notes of hazelnut and gentle oak. The palate is generous yet finely poised, with a rich, layered mouthfeel carried by taut minerality and a long, saline finish that speaks clearly of its origins.
