Marc-Antonin Blain is a newer figure in Beaujolais, but by no means new to the wine scene. Blain-Gagnard is the family's iconic Grand Cru Domaine in Burgundy, a vineyard where Marc-Antonin grew up.
The wines from Marc-Antonin in Brouilly are fleshy, dark, juicy and benefit immensely from bottle aging in the cellar.
This Brouilly comes from both young vines distributed around the appellation, as well as declassified grape material from his famous Lieux-Dits.
Here you really get a lot for your money and the wine is clear proof that Marc-Antonin continues to move under the radar, with enormous value-for-money!
