Camille and Guillaume Boillot launched their domaine in the heart of Meursault with a debut 2022 vintage, bringing together two distinguished winemaking lineages. Guillaume is the son of Henri Boillot and worked alongside his father for many years, while Camille hails from a long-established Pommard family. Together they farm holdings across Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Pommard with precision and care.
This Meursault comes from the well-sited lieu-dit of Le Limozin and is pure Chardonnay raised in French oak barrels. It captures the richness and texture for which the village is renowned, with ripe orchard fruit and a subtle, gently toasty depth, while a thread of mineral freshness keeps it lively and precise. The finish is long and energetic.
Approachable in its youth yet capable of rewarding time in the cellar, it is lovely with roast chicken, scallops, creamy seafood dishes or pork in a light cream sauce. Serve at cool cellar temperature.
