Domaine Camille & Guillaume Boillot is a young family project in the Côte de Beaune, founded by Guillaume Boillot, son of Henri Boillot, and his wife Camille, who descends from a long line of Pommard winemakers. Together they craft an elegant range built around the white wines of the region, including this Meursault from the Les Casse-Têtes lieu-dit, a single-vineyard village Chardonnay.
Meursault is celebrated for its generous, textured whites, and this bottling shows that classic character: ripe orchard and citrus fruit, a gentle nuttiness and a creamy, rounded palate carried by fresh acidity. It is at once richly flavoured and finely balanced, finishing with the subtle minerality that marks fine white Burgundy.
Serve lightly chilled with roast chicken, grilled fish, creamy pasta or soft cheeses. It is generous enough to stand up to richer fare yet poised enough to enjoy on its own.
