Camille and Guillaume Boillot are a young Meursault-based partnership uniting two respected Burgundian families. Guillaume worked for many years at the Henri Boillot estate, while Camille comes from a winemaking family in Pommard. Bottled as Bourgogne Cote d'Or, this is their regional Pinot Noir, crafted with the same attention to detail they bring to their village and premier cru wines.
Made with whole-cluster fermentation and only gentle oak influence, it is a bright, fragrant red with soft floral notes and pure red fruit. The palate is harmonious and medium-bodied, with fine, refined tannins, lively acidity and a persistent finish, offering a fresh and graceful expression of Burgundian Pinot.
Serve at cool room temperature with roast chicken, charcuterie, salmon, mushroom dishes or soft cheeses. It is an approachable, food-friendly wine for everyday enjoyment.
