A classic Soave from Ca' Erto, the Magnabosco family estate in the Veneto region of northern Italy, set against the backdrop of the Dolomites. Three generations of the family now work the hillside vineyards above their winery, using organic practices (though not formally certified) alongside minimal-intervention winemaking.
A blend of around 90% Garganega and 10% Trebbiano di Soave, sourced from the Soave Classico zone. Straw yellow with golden highlights, the wine offers aromas of apricot, almond, honeydew, ripe peach, green herbs and subtle stony minerality, leading into a crisp, moreish palate with gentle roundness and a clean, savoury finish.
Hand-picked from hillside parcels, with careful modern and traditional techniques in the cellar to retain fruit purity and freshness. Extended lees time builds texture and depth without masking the variety's character.
