The Nebbiolo 100% wine by Luca Bosio, produced in limited quantity of 6850 bottles, presents a garnet red color and 14.5% alcohol content. The cultivation area of Verduno, with vineyards located at an altitude of 300/350m above sea level, and clayey-calcareous soil trained in the Guyot system, resulted in a rich and flavorful composition. The 15-day skin contact period during vinification was carried out in stainless steel vats, with indigenous yeasts. The wine was then aged for 3 years, with 50% aged in 5000L Slavonian oak barrels and the remaining 50% aged in 500L French tonneaux. Following this, the wine underwent a short period in the bottle. Tasting suggestions by Luca Bosio include serving this wine at 20°C with cheese and meat, such as brasato and grilled meats. This wine is dry, with silky tannins and a full-bodied texture, making it a perfect match for any meal.
