Mountain Yuzu Harvest Gin is the latest release in our celebrated Harvest series, this time shining a light on the vivid aromatics of mountain-grown yuzu. The yuzu is cultivated by growers Jane and Brian Casey on rich volcanic soils near Mt Buffalo, in the Ovens River region.
This rare, cool-climate citrus brings vibrant notes of mandarin, lime and bergamot to a gin that is crystalline, elegant and deeply expressive of its high-country terroir.
