The crafting of Tidal Lines commences with a time-honored gin recipe, which is then enriched with indigenous Illawarra Plums, and aged for a period of 12 months in oak casks previously used for wine production. The infusion of gin and Illawarra Plum fruit occurs within the confines of the casks, allowing for a unique and exceptional libation to emerge.

Illawarra Plums, renowned for their scarcity and abundance of antioxidants, are typically cultivated in Australia but lack commercial farming.

The composition of Tidal Lines includes an array of botanicals, including Juniper, rainforest lime, Illawarra Plum, cinnamon, angelica root, orris root, and more.
