The deepest, densest ruby gradually reveals a deeply complex bouquet of mulberries, ripe plums, pomegranate, guava flesh, fynbos, allspice, liquorice, and star anise. Despite its rich hue, it exhibits a mid-weight body with finely grained tannins and delightful acidity. The extended finish is dominated by red fruits, including red plums, cranberries, and guava, initially accompanied by savoury coriander seeds that transition to a sweeter profile as the fruit's tartness intensifies.
