The name "Snakes and Ladders" is inspired by the untamed nature of elevated bushvine vineyards perched in mountain terrains. These vineyards endure extreme heat and water scarcity, compelling vine roots to delve deeply for essential nutrients. The resulting wine, derived from these exceptional grapes, exhibits profound complexity. Employing minimal intervention, the vinification process includes whole bunch pressing and prolonged cool maturation in aged oak barrels. The wine's nose reveals ripe papaya, spun sugar, and smoky mineral notes, while the palate offers a rich and structured blend of tangerine, brioche, earth, and honeysuckle, balanced by saline acidity.
