Paul Chavy comes from a well-known winemaking family in the Côte de Beaune. His father, Jean-Louis Chavy, took over the family's Puligny-Montrachet vineyards when the estate was divided, and in 2020 Paul established his own small négociant label, sourcing fruit from growers he works closely with across Burgundy.
This Bourgogne Rouge is a classic expression of Pinot Noir from the Côte d'Or, offering bright red cherry and raspberry fruit, subtle earthy and spicy notes and a light, fresh palate with soft tannins. It is an approachable, honest Burgundy that captures the elegance of the region at an everyday level.
Serve slightly cool with charcuterie, roast pork, grilled salmon or a cheese platter.
