Old Fitzgerald BIB 19 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Fall 2022 750ml

This Fall 2022 release marks a milestone – the oldest Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond to date. At 19 years, the bourbon shows what time and patience can do with Heaven Hill’s wheated recipe, drawn from Bernheim’s warehouses and presented in the series’ signature diamond decanter.

The nose opens with pepper, clove and baking spice, unfolding into dried herbs, pecan shells and a trace of orange peel. The palate is rich and layered – think butterscotch, cocoa, dried fig and pistachio, lifted by notes of banana taffy, roasted coffee and peanut brittle. Oak is ever-present but well-mannered, letting the flavours roll through without overshadowing them.

The finish carries on with warmth: chocolate, brown sugar and cinnamon linger alongside a peppery edge and toasted oak. It’s a whiskey that wears its age with dignity – deep, mature and unmistakably Old Fitz.
