Kerri Greens is the label of Lucas and Alyce Blanck, who farm small single-site vineyards across Balnarring and Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula. Lucas brings an Alsatian heritage to his winemaking, drawing on his family's roots at Domaine Paul Blanck.
The Ninch Riesling is drawn from Peninsula fruit and made in a fresh, energetic style. It offers aromas of pear, lemon and peach, with a hint of blanched almond and a whiff of sea spray.
The palate is zippy and vibrant, with tingling minerality and an almost spritzy freshness. It is a lively, approachable Riesling that captures the cool-climate character of the Mornington Peninsula.
