International Gin Producer of the Year winner, Four Pillars Gin was established in leafy Healesville in 2013 in the Yarra Valley in Victoria's premium wine-growing region, just one hour's drive from the city of Melbourne. Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin is 41.8% ABV and joins Four Pillars core range after 3 limited-edition small batch runs. It's bright with locally-grown yuzu characters of mandarin, kumquat, lemon and grapefruit, with finger lime, lemon myrtle juniper and Japanese-inspired flavours of turmeric, ginger and sencha genmaicha, a green tea with roasted brown rice. A deliciously complex gin that's best served with premium tonic and a wedge of ruby grapefruit.
