Euphoria Absinthe is a high-strength Czech absinthe, made in the Czech Republic to a traditional recipe through the maceration of natural herbs and botanicals. It sits firmly in the bold, intense end of the absinthe spectrum, with a character driven by wormwood and warming spice.
The botanical bill brings together wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) and pontica wormwood with anise, fennel, coriander and lemon balm, rounded out by lemon and orange peel. On the nose it is intense and aromatic, dominated by aniseed, wormwood and spicy herbs. The palate is strong and lively, with a bitter-spicy edge where clear wormwood, fine fennel and sweet anise come into balance, leading to a long, warm finish with a dry, herbal aftertaste.
