We’re excited to present the next chapter in our Eagle Rare journey: “Cherry Cola & Fudge,” the fifth single barrel selection in our series. With only 162 bottles available, this is a true small-yield gem.

Over a year ago, we released our fourth single barrel, Dark Cherry Ripe, which quickly became a standout favourite. Its rich, bold flavours earned a devoted following and solidified its place as one of our most requested bottles, even after it sold out.

Fast forward to January 2024, when we had the privilege of visiting the legendary Buffalo Trace Distillery to hand-select this exceptional barrel. The result is “Cherry Cola & Fudge,” a whisky that embodies indulgence, complexity, and the unmistakable craftsmanship of Eagle Rare.
