Domaine Leflaive is one of Burgundy's most respected white wine estates, farming biodynamically and based in Puligny-Montrachet. This Pouilly-Fuissé comes from the estate's holdings in the southern Mâconnais, an appellation prized for its limestone slopes and its ability to produce rich, expressive Chardonnay.
Made entirely from Chardonnay, it combines the generosity of the Mâconnais with the precision that defines the Leflaive name. Expect aromas of ripe stone fruit, citrus and white flowers, with a subtle mineral undertone.
The palate is textured and rounded, yet kept fresh and balanced by a clean line of acidity through to a long finish. It is a wine of both depth and elegance.
