A village-level Savigny-lès-Beaune Blanc from Domaine Pavelot (Jean-Marc & Hugues), the family estate that has been cultivating vines in the village since the French Revolution. While best known for its red Premier Crus - including Aux Gravains, La Dominode and Les Narbantons - the domaine also produces a small range of whites, drawing on Chardonnay-based plots in and around Savigny.
100% Chardonnay from village-level plots in Savigny-lès-Beaune. Expect a fresh, precise Côte de Beaune white with citrus, white flowers, orchard fruit and a gentle nutty edge, leading into a clean, balanced palate with fine acidity and a long, savoury finish.
Farmed using 'lutte raisonnée' principles with limited intervention. Gently whole-bunch pressed, fermented and aged in a mix of stainless steel and French oak, following the Pavelot family's precise, terroir-focused style.
