Domaine Jean Grivot is one of the great names of Vosne-Romanée, a family estate celebrated for refined, terroir-faithful Burgundy. Aux Brûlées is a prized Premier Cru on the upper slopes of Vosne, known for combining the village's hallmark perfume with real depth.
This is a gloriously aromatic Pinot Noir, with a floral nose and aromas of red berries, raspberry and a touch of spice. The palate is silky and balanced, with sweet, ripe red fruit, fine tannins, lovely freshness and a long, elegant finish.
A beautiful Vosne Premier Cru that will reward time in the cellar, it pairs wonderfully with duck, game, mushroom dishes and soft cheeses.
