Domaine Collotte is a family estate in Marsannay-la-Côte, at the northern tip of the Côte de Nuits, where the Collotte family has grown grapes for four generations. Philippe Collotte bottled the first wine under the domaine's name in 1981, and today his daughter Isabelle leads the estate, which works its vines by ploughing without herbicides.
This Bourgogne Blanc is Chardonnay raised entirely in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and precision. It is expressive and lively, with citrus, crisp stone fruit and a hint of exotic fruit, finishing bright and clean with zesty acidity.
Serve it lightly chilled as an aperitif, or with grilled fish, prawns, chicken salads and soft cheeses.
Vintages may vary. Email us at hello@barrelandbatch.com.au if you would like confirmation.
