These vineyards are located on the left bank of the Serein Riverin, in the village of Chablis, the very heart of the Chablis country. Facing south-south east, the vineyard soil is rich in calcareous Kimmeridgian clay dating back to the Jurrassic age. The vines are over 50 years old. Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted. The wine is fermented in steel tanks, then left to rest on lees for 10 months.
