Lavaux Saint-Jacques is one of Gevrey-Chambertin's 28 Premier Cru vineyards, and one of the most respected in the commune. Confuron-Cotetidot's rendition brings the domaine's distinctive, old-school approach to this celebrated climat on the Côte de Nuits.
Made from 100% whole-cluster fermentation at full maturity — a house signature — with two to three weeks of maceration and up to two years in barrel. The 2022 vintage was warm and balanced, and this wine delivers cherry, musk and firm but refined tannins with the concentration and structure that reward serious cellaring.
