Domaine Camille et Guillaume Boillot is a family project started in 2021 by Guillaume Boillot, son of Henri Boillot, with his wife Camille, who comes from a long-established Pommard winemaking family. Run from a cellar in Meursault, the domaine specialises in the white wines of the Cote de Beaune, and Les Charmes is among the most celebrated Premier Cru climats of Meursault, prized for combining richness with elegance.
This is Chardonnay in classic Meursault style, generous yet refined. Look for ripe white peach, pear and citrus alongside hazelnut, almond and a gentle hint of butter and toasted oak. The palate is rounded and creamy but kept fresh and precise by bright acidity, finishing with a long, mineral, faintly saline lift.
A natural match for scallops, lobster, crab and other rich seafood, as well as roast poultry, veal in cream sauce and soft cheeses. Serve lightly chilled rather than ice cold so its texture and aromatics can fully express themselves.
