Agrapart 7 Crus NV 750ml

The NV Brut 7 Crus is a delightful, approachable wine ready to enjoy upon release. A hint of Pinot softens its edges, enhancing the Chardonnay base. Aromas of lemon confit, chamomile, mint, and white pepper emerge, but its rewarding texture is the highlight. This blend features equal parts of the 2017 and 2016 vintages from various sites, including Avize, Oger, and Cramant. Approximately 25% underwent fermentation in neutral oak; dosage is 7 grams per liter. Disgorged: April 2020.
