Little Mate is a reminder that, like with a four-legged friend, plenty of energy can come in a small package. Hopped entirely with Glaxay, the midstrength pale ale’s aim is to lift you up with hoppy aromatics whenever you’re looking to keep the booze level down.
Unsurprisingly given the staring hop, it’s a beer that shines with passionfruit and stone fruit while there’s a light bitterness at play too. Unlike many lighter pales, the malt is still part of the story with a deftly rich background of light caramel and brioche.
