The site and fruit selection for this wine is based on some strict criteria: light, red fruit flavour spectrum; and low sugar levels—ensuring the result has a more restrained and elegant profile. It was crafted in the traditional method and matured for only a short period to ensure freshness and vibrancy dictate the palate experience.
