The 2025 release is bottled at cask strength — a formidable 64.9% ABV — after six years of maturation in new charred white oak barrels. The nose is bold and complex, offering rye spice, cinnamon, clove, orange peel, toffee, and notes of fig cake. The palate delivers an explosive combination of rye spice, dark chocolate, candied orange peel, and sponge cake, with a long, warming finish that lingers with baking spices and sweet toffee.
