We start with our award-winning Australian Dry Gin, then steep a punnet-and-a-half of ripe Aussie strawberries in every single bottle. The berries infuse the spirit with a luminous blush, fresh-picked aromatics, and just-enough natural sweetness, diluting it down to the perfect bottling strength along the way.
On the palate you’ll find bright berry, soft citrus and a whisper of spice, all finishing crisp and dry - so it’s endlessly mixable. Splash it long over ice and sparkling water, shake it into a Tom Collins or French 75, or build our bar-team favourite:
