A red vermouth crafted from Albariño grapes, fermented and vinified on the lees to enrich the wine's aromatic profile, taste, and texture.

Twenty-nine meticulously selected herbs and botanicals undergo maceration in alcohol before being seamlessly integrated with the wine through a proprietary and distinctive method. This blend includes wormwood, lemongrass, mint, thyme, rosemary, sage, bay leaves, lemon balm, orange peel, and hibiscus flowers.

Ideally suited for a classic Negroni, it harmonizes perfectly with equal parts gin, Campari, and St Petroni Vermu Vermello, and is best served garnished with a slice of orange.
