Shanky's Whip is a black Irish whiskey liqueur from County Cavan, blending Irish whiskey with spirit and the natural flavours of vanilla and caramel. Billed as the original black liqueur and whiskey blend, its striking label draws on vintage Irish matchbox artwork and the tale of Shanky, a fantastical Irish jockey who returned to the track with an ostrich, a cart and his whip.
Smooth, creamy and sweet in character, it carries aromas and flavours of toffee, butter, vanilla, caramel and sweet spice that follow through on the palate.
