A rare Blanc de Blancs Champagne from the Montagne de Reims, where Pinot Noir usually dominates. Made from 100% Chardonnay grown on clay-limestone soils in Villers-Marmery and Grand Cru Verzy, this wine captures purity, elegance, and regional character.
The base of the blend is from the 2022 vintage, softened by full malolactic fermentation. It’s complemented by reserve wines from Sadi Malot’s solera system, dating back to 1982, adding depth and complexity. Aged 36 months on lees and finished with a low 4.2g/L dosage, it’s bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its natural expression.
