R. Lopez de Heredia Vina Bosconia Reserva 2012 750ml

Well, well, well. The 2012 Viña Bosconia follows its red note pedigree with vibrant, elegant red fruits shining through. Despite its age and considerable time in barrel, it looks remarkably youthful. Beautifully weighted, light on its feet, the sweet fruit is matched by a savoury layer, a little spice and tobacco. A little tertiary earthy line along with a sappy character that recedes as it opens in the glass add complexity. The tannins are will composed with just enough playful grip for textural interest. Any one who’s a fan of R.López de Heredia wines will have loads of fun devouring the 2012 Bosconia.
