Following an extensive aging process in charred new American oak barrels, we finalize Penelope Bourbon in fresh, newly toasted barrels. Each batch of this series comprises a bespoke blend of our three signature bourbon mash bills, each having its own unique custom chars and toasts, thereby rendering every bottle exceptional and unmatched. The barrels, chosen exclusively for this series, undergo a rigorous hand-selection procedure and represent the cream of our inventory.
