Neisson Rhum Blanc Agricole 1L

This Rhum undergoes distillation from freshly hand-harvested sugarcane sourced exclusively from the Thieubert-Carbet estate, situated on the slopes of Mount Pelee in northern Martinique. The sugarcane thrives in the mineral-rich volcanic soil of Martinique, undergoes a 72-hour fermentation period, and is subsequently distilled in a column still.

Nose: Exhibits confectionary tropical notes, fresh-pressed sugarcane, ocean spray, and grassy undertones.

Palate: Presents a rich and spicy profile with toffee apples, sweet baking spices, and orchard fruits.

Finish: Delivers a sweet, medium finish accented by soft spices.
