Neisson Le Vieux Agricole Rum 700ml

This Rhum is a sophisticated blend of meticulously curated vintages, further aged for 3 to 9 years in both French Oak and used American Oak barrels. The sugar cane used is sourced from Neisson's exclusive forty-hectare plantation in La Carbet, which benefits from the mineral-rich soils of the region, owing to its proximity to Mount Pelée, as well as optimal sunlight exposure and favorable variations in rainfall and temperature. The fresh sugar cane juice undergoes a 72-hour fermentation process, one of the longest in the French Indies, employing natural yeasts for fermentation.
