This Rhum is crafted using sugar cane exclusively sourced from Neisson's own forty-hectare plantation located in La Carbet. The farm's advantageous position near Mount Pelee endows it with mineral-rich soils, abundant sunlight, and optimal rainfall and temperature fluctuations. The fresh sugar cane juice undergoes a prolonged fermentation process of 72 hours, among the longest in the French Indies, leveraging natural yeasts. The final product is bottled at 52.5%. The bottle is adorned with artwork by Philippe Beaudelocque.
